Wagyu

Angus

Angus cattle breed are hornless, of moderate size, and are typically black or red in color. The original Angus breed is black, however, occurrences of red Angus cattle have been recorded.

For many years, Black Angus has been utilized to enhance the meat quality of other cattle breeds. Additionally, Black Angus beef is highly renowned in Japan and sought after for its marbling quality.

Charolais

Charolais is the most widely used cattle breed for meat production. They are also utilized to improve the quality of other cattle breeds. Charolais are renowned for their abundant and large muscles.

They also have a rapid growth rate and are among the cattle breeds with high weight gain rates. Typically, Charolais are white or cream-colored

Brahman

The Brahman cattle breed is among the most popular in the USA, South America, and Australia, and is also widely used for meat processing. Brahman characteristics include a large hump at the back, long and droopy ears, and a muscular body. This breed has thick and loose skin, covered with sweat glands, giving it a shiny appearance.

Due to this, Brahman cattle can adapt to hot and humid climates. They are also popular for their good resistance to parasites.

KK Cross

KK is a local cattle breed that thrives in hot and humid climates. This KK breed is highly popular in Malaysia because it is well-suited to the country's climate and environment, and it has high resistance to diseases and infections.

KK cattle are usually brown, reddish-brown, or grey in color and have small horns.
